The Amenities
The Riverbank has the best amenities in Downtown New London. Tenants will have access to the largest roof deck in the city, with different pods for different kinds of recreation: barbecuing, sunbathing, taking zoom calls from the roof or hosting small gatherings.
Tenants will also have an exercise gym on the ground floor alongside the residential lobby, mail room and bike room. Elevator access connects all of of The Riverbank’s 5 floors, from private storage lockers in the basement to the expansive roof deck.
The Building
Park in the adjacent municipal lot and enter The Riverbank through the main residential lobby. Stop by the spacious tenant gym for a workout or pickup your mail and packages in the mail room. If you’re a biker, skip the parking lot and head directly to the lock controlled bike room before heading to your modern unit.
Need to store a second bike for longer rides, rent one of the available storage lockers in the elevator accessible basement. Instead of driving to a restaurant or bar, leave from the Bank Street entrance directly to first floor tenant Tox Brewery or all the food, beverage and commercial experiences New London offers.
The Roofdeck
We are designing a new kind of amenity for New London. The roofdeck will have both communal and private sections where residents can enjoy the sun and fresh air and incredible views of the Long Island Sound from the privacy and proximity of their building’s rooftop.
